What you CAN Google is biased advice from people with something to sell, or advice from people who make a living selling advice - not by investing in real property.My points were made as general observations, not specific to you.  

Louis is our local market so we are slightly biased but I also hear good things about rural North Carolina, Cleveland OH, and Oklahoma City

I would be totally fair and have no preconceived bias, but if something is wrong it needs to  be fixed.

For example being limited to a list of 3 properties may bias me towards taking a bad deal that i should avoid.

Disclaimer my W2 job is for the company that makes these products so my opinion is biased. 

 listen to me spoiled socal kid, we don't necessarily have "weather" here in socal, so I can see where the line and share of bias can come in.I can't operate my business as if I'm in an aired climate.
