They hold multiple events and workshops with lots of possible networking for an entrance price.

I have spent hours...days, trying to seal any possible entrance into the house to no avail. 

There are 3 separate meters for gas & electricity, and there are windows and separate entrance for every unit.

Your statement would be correct if it was a single dwelling with one common entrance, but that is not the case with a duplex. 

Ok if your property has sepearte entrance and you dont use same toilet.2nd you know how much Rent payments you need to pay off  $325,000   A ton.A studio  rental cost $700-$900.What does a room rent for $500-$600?

I am leaning towards turning a single family home with a basement entrance into a duplex.

How is that going to assist in the following tasks.1) User wants entrance into a house to view one they like (Do we need a worldwide network of computers tracking that step?). 

I can see a certain amount of people not comfortable with being able to see full view of the kitchen from the front entrance.
