I find this conversation very indicative of the stereotypical CA person conversation, which is what greatly annoys the vast majority of other persons on this blue marble we call earth.

I would be absolutely shocked if a California court would enforce that frankly absurd lease provision.Why on earth do you have it in your lease, anyway?  

They might not be the scum of the earth but they are a$$holes that are screwing her over.If you have a tenant that ruins all the carpets in your place, punches holes in the sheet rock in every room, breaks the dishwasher and leave a dead cat in the closet when they leave do you send them a thank you card for not pouring concrete down all the drains????
