Just get a commitment letter from each, with the understanding that you will not be deploying it right away, but that your broker wants proof of funds to "look" for deals.

It's possible to self manage but consider if deployment is a real possibility, and what you would need to do in that situation.Since your property is renovated and others aren't I'd attempt to get more $ i.e. $100-$200 more per month.

That's not a good deployment of capital.I think that your holding time is, ahem, optimistic.

Unlike the last recession, I see more like a Stagflation coming up since the amount of available capital/cheap money are still excessive in the economy ready to deploy and bid up prices. 

@Kenny Linnell Look at a bunch of deals, and find a good agent that knows the strategy you are trying to deploy.

For one you don't pay interest on it until you actually deploy it. 

Are you better off getting a 5% and deploying the cash in buying another property?

We are ordered to self isolate for 14 days even from family upon return from deployment.

I do wish I had a ton of cash sitting around in 2008-10 to deploy down there, but at the time I didn’t.

@Ken Latchers...This is my first year in the STR game, so nothing to base it on, but I had March and April fully booked and I've had two 7 day cancellations in the last 2 days...One was a military member that was returning from deployment and the DoD has restricted all travel outside of a 50 mile radius from their bases.
