Flying the airplanes when I travel Surgery on myself Filling my own cavities Cutting my own hair Making my own clothes Picking the cotton for those clothes (Ah, no you do not want to go there.)

I have beds in all my rooms that I rent out... renters find it easier to find a cheap dresser or just put their clothes in the closet, buy an Ikea stand or something for next to the bed.

.-4th time again several months later (Today)   tenant on Side B called and said drain is blocked and what were we going to do about it and their clothes that were ruined. 

@Damon Cameron JrI grew up poor, dressed in garage sale clothes, damaged canned goods, powdered milk and government cheese.

Tenants shouldn't expect you to come and make them breakfast, pick up their clothes, drive them to work etc., so why or how can anyone say you sound bad for expecting/wishing/wanting/yearning to make what the house should be bringing in...???

:).....when I was a kid I had a chest of drawers in my bedroom & the rest of my clothes were in the tack shed.Now each bedroom has to have large walk-in closets???

He found all of the closets filled at the bottom with piles of clothes, shoes etc. including food.

They seem all too eager to play video games, live with their parents, buy cars and trucks they can't afford and purchase clothes that are marked up 300% .

A security deposit doesnt pay for you flat screen and dresser full of clothes going down the road with them.

I am considering providing a stackable W/D set in the rental (due to space considerations), instead of two separate units side by side on the floor.Years ago in an apartment I had a stackable W/D and the dryer took an eternity to dry the clothes (90 minutes to 2 hours if there were jeans in the load).
