So these would not be commercial yet.Also, with cash flow from current rents, it would only be possible to realistically do a cash out refi on some of them to buy more, which wouldn't be the case in multifamily, or at least not at the rate that I may want.I rather have a few residential and get the fund started, than having to wait for the perfect multifamily.So any recommendation for good lenders with the terms above is appreciated.Also, if you have any multifamily with good cap rates also in the Midwest which is being sold, please share the details.
