'Jam sessions' are open forum, free coaching from our most experienced local investors, and 'rehab tours' are an 'open house' of an ongoing house-flip/job site by one of our members. 

Statutes may be modified during annual legislative sessions, so it is always prudent to check the most current statutes (see question #13 above).

If your budget will stretch to it initially, once you've found an investor friendly Realtor, Lawyer & CPA, (maybe a bookkeeper/financial planner too) - get them together in the same room, and talk through your goals over the next 6-12 months.It sounds extravagant, but you'll be AMAZED what comes out of sessions like this, and it often provides an insight as to how to get started and in which direction.

If you go to YouTube you can see 100% what the sessions are all about, and there's literally nothing else that they do. 

Effective date appears to be 7/28/19.The other 'date' I saw was 90 days post end of legislative session. 

So now i started to listen to the pod cast from session 1 and listening to the things from then and how it is now it's quite a difference.

Some states are pro tenant which makes general sessions cases a pain for owners.

You can join them online, attend the monthly, etc sessions and make many contacts including Realtors specializing in REI.Darren

PA is a big place, and I'm not sure if all Section 8 offices in PA are the same, but in Philly you need to attend a mandatory orientation session and get a mandatory certification before you can even list your property for rent with Section 8 availability.
