I'm a bit late to the party here, but is there any way to be included on announcements of future meetups?

first off dont announce this on BP you will get the plethora of the  ( their great idea and your money crowd LOL)you may want to get with a really good commercial broker to show you some investment grade opps as long as you can qualify for financing.if its just cash and carry well maybe look at diversify.  

Portland Commissioner Chloe Eudaly announced she plans to call for reform of rental housing deposit regulations and is considering:(a) limiting the deposit amount;(b) requiring that it be held in an interest-bearing account; and(c) clarifying the definition of reasonable wear and tear.In an article published in today's Portland Tribune, Eudaly claims to have set up a stakeholder committee meeting of landlords, tenants and housing advocates.

Since the Fed already announced their expectations for the year, I wouldn't expect any major decreases in the next few months.

Also, you should be aware that the properties on Curry Pike are currently in the county, but Bloomington plans to annex this area January 1st 2020 (still being finalized, but the mayor announced this last month).

@Moore AndKeyWell, agents don't have to announce them selves, but if they are getting involved in a transaction that they have direct benefit from they are supposed to be transparent about it.

Please do not put your name, email and phone into a forum post announcing that you are looking for wholesalers or your post will be removed.

Never know when a developer is going to announce a project that could increase the surrounding property values, right?
