I have a rental property abroad (my husband and I sold our 14 year old business to come live to the US and invested the money on a warehouse near the airport in Guadalajara) and now I would like to start with some flips to start making money and lose the paralysis analysis.

It is livable currently but ultimately needs some work longer term.There is also a home closer to the abandoned mall and hawthorne airport which will have good access to that downtown area if/when it finally updated.

BUT, I’d recommend looking in the Tri-Cities area around the airport.

Hey Wayne, go to the courthouse during auctions and hand out bussiness cards, you can also attend Karen Rittenhouse's dealmaker sessions, they happen the first Tuesday of every month at the airport Marriot at PTI, it's totally free to attend, I just went to one yesterday.

Target Byron/Tracy for this as the airport is smaller and more friendly to this sort of thing.
