Any investment groups meeting in the Tacoma area?

In quite a few different ways, but the age and repairs needed were the heavy price movers.

Here are all the ways we have explored, from least amount of effort to the most:Advertise free lot rent for a year if they bring their own home into the park Work with the dealers nearby who have showrooms and offer them an incentive to sell you their used trade-insWork with MH sales people who specialize in the sale of MH only (many times they will be dealers as well, but focused only on used homes)Network with MH movers who often times know of used homes that could be availableNetwork with wholesalers who flip MH (be aware of homes in parks with this, as most often the park will have first right of refusal and you cannot remove it from the park.

I own a 4 bed room 2.5 bath  2100 sq foot home that can rent for $2100- $2300  monthly  in Tacoma. comps indicate  $345k selling price but owe $220k at the moment.

I talk about Bitcoin because it is the first mover and everything else in the space is measured against Bitcoin.

Once you start looking you can find the movers/shakers and see if you can work with them for a while.

Do you think we should try to convince the guy to leave by paying for movers? 

I live in Tacoma and am also looking to connect with people in real estate.

In more expensive places, for instance here in the Tacoma WA it would be very rare to find a deal or even make a deal that would have any kind of cash flow.
