Long term goals are to grow capital to purchase more deals and diversify with passive income.Myself and my wife Kayla just had our first child, I love Real Estate, I enjoy crossfitting, and am overall just a simple dude.I'm looking forward to talking with everyone and I hope to add value where I can. 

So I think it's more about the number of efficient hours, and less about forcing those hours into a certain slot just for the sake of being early.

After going through this first purchase, I realized how much I love real estate.

I don't have much luck with the scanners that are built into the top of a sub-$100 inkjet printer, where you feed the paper through a slot and it emerges an inch later; these tend to give distorted images, for me.
