New (Again!) To BiggerPockets

Hey All!  I wanted to just reach out and say I've been reading Biggerpockets for years now and have gathered so much information and finally feel comfortable enough in myself and my business to post and add value!

I'm a fix and flipper in the South Bend, Mishawaka, and Granger Market in Northern Indiana by Notre Dame and am currently going through growing pains of hiring some of my first non contractor team members due to our growth. Letting go of control hasn't been the easiest thing for me but I'm working on it daily haha.

We are flipping between 20-25 homes a year the past few years and are looking to continue to grow.  I've also picked up a few rental properties this year as the numbers worked out well. Long term goals are to grow capital to purchase more deals and diversify with passive income.

Myself and my wife Kayla just had our first child, I love Real Estate, I enjoy crossfitting, and am overall just a simple dude.

I'm looking forward to talking with everyone and I hope to add value where I can.
