Determining whether to do a cost segregation study or not has a lot variables.

Maybe an investor is flipping a lot of properties and you could offer to pick up and deliver materials to his crews, clean the work sites every night, bring his crew lunch, or whatever.Find a way to make yourself useful to them, and they will reciprocate.

Credit cards offer a lot of protections for the user, but that doesn't mean they are allowed to commit fraud with them.

But I have clients who find the numbers don’t work for them locally so they explore other areas that make more sense for them.

I don't get the term "DSCR loan"   I mean all loans for 5+ units are based more on the property than the buyer.

Popular markets near us appear to be the hudson valley, adirondacks, finger lakes (although it seems STR's are under fire there), and even the cape cod area as we have vacationed there a lot and know the area fairly well.
