That would only mean that if you closed on a property where she had been the procuring cause (ie showed you the house), then she would still be entitled to a commission for up to 3 ms after your contract expired on THAT house.

However I agree with you... in your neck of the woods urban core is pretty dicy for out of area.I bought 11 new constructions in Mississippi for go zone.. and they are all A class and have been a breeze..

They have struggled with their one client (rental property investor) in Jackson, MS who got in over their heads but Safeguard has done a very good job (from what I can tell) of trying to right that ship for the lender-investors.
