In my opinion, one of the benefits of real estate being fairly illiquid is that you can't keep refreshing your browser to see wild swings in valuation.On a deal by deal basis, yes - there are already effects on market pricing going forward.

But one of basics for any successful PPC campaign is your quality keywords.When you bid on keywords, it's crucial to bid on words that are selling words.For example, if I had a website selling REO homes, I would spend more marketing funds on keywords such as:florida reo home for salerehab reo homes in floridareo homes in 33327These keywords generate quality leads because there is already a high interest in buying, whereas if I just targeted "REO homes" I will attract visitors that are just "Browsers" with no real intention to take action or become a lead.
