One of my friends is a successful day trader, and he's told me that the two cardinal sins of stock trading are fear and greed.

I am told with great authority from friends in the City that within weeks of Lehmans going down, nearly everyone associated with these bonds had been let go, both in the City of London and Wall Street, and it has since become known, that many of those traders and bankers who were expecting bonuses, not only had the bonus cancelled, but are now in lots of lawsuits up and down both the U.S.

For example, a Japanese steakhouse most likely would require some different features and/or layout.Maybe I am jumping the gun and overthinking all of this but any advice or input would be greatly appreciated.

As a follow-up to the above, for home mortgages the 3 major Japanese banks have lowered 10-year fixed rates to 1.05%, with some of the internet banks such as Sony offering even more competitive rates at 0.05% variable rate.

I am also learning how to speak Japanese, German, and Spanish as well in hopes I can make future deals out of the country.

If you want to be a day trader, have at it and invest in towns you've never seen.

Use the Japanese method, save it all then only spend what you must, much easier! 

It honestly just seems like the rise of social media has people scamming those who don't know any better into buying their courses and ebooks and wasting their time just like day traders and others.

At what point (in terms of portfolio asset value) would there be benefits to start engaging an accounting firm to structure Japanese legal entities to hold property?
