Does your application ask about arrests and/or conviction?

I left another post about this but this question is: Can I legally remove items the boyfriend has at property as he was arrested or do I still need to file an eviction to be able to do that?

But I'm sure he wasn't agreeing to act like he was under house arrest and couldn't leave, anytime he was alone with the dog in the house. 

I believe the only thing the sheriff CAN'T do is remove them from inside the dwelling, but once they are outside they haven't got any tenancy rights and by trying to get back in they are breaking and entering and could be arrested. 

Find out if there are any outstanding warrants for his arrest and if so, turn him in.

This along with appropriate signage gives the police department the authority to arrest someone for loitering on your property.
