    Last time the social security admin called me to tell me my social had been suspended, I told (shouted) the moron to go away. Well, much stronger words were used. They had been calling every day at 10am and it started about a day or so after I set up a google voice account number. 

    Maybe the social security admin are going to arrest me now.

     I think you'll be ok Michael...just have someone start your car for you for about a week. Those SSA guys can really take things seriously sometimes!

    I am amazed that people fall for such things these days, with all the instant info available to check and verify.  But they are getting better at the fake websites and links nowadays.   The phone calls though...please!

    In CA right now HML are CHEAPER than MOST private lenders.. just google HML there are a lot of them.

    and pricing is excellent only a few % above bank rates right now.. never been a better time to borrow if your looking for 

    fix and flip money

    Wow that's amazing...I mean 5% interest rate? Can you get me his contact info? :) @Lakia H. get out and network. You'll meet legit lenders and you'll meet people who know legit lenders

    Well @Jay Hinrichs you must have bad credit now, 'cuz I got several that were going to fund me in 2 to 3 days.  You have to wait a week?

    Yes I found one of these guys posting on a Facebook group. He was offering 5% on a 100% of property value for up to 35 years.

    I gave him a call, left a message and he got back to me at 9pm that night (already a bad sign). Guy seemed extremely unprofessional and sounded almost depressed when I talked to him. Totally reminded me of a scammer of sorts, so I didn't follow up after our conversation
