IMO 100 is a fantasy than reality anywhere in the US.

Plus, there are the normal things that come with having a young family such as bicycles, skate boards, baseball bats and gloves, footballs, etc.  

I've actually played football for the university for the last two seasons but at this point I need to begin earning some money and get a job which I have not been able to do because of the time football took up.

You still have to sift and sort who is a realistic and real buyer from those rooted in fantasy. 

But usually, fantasy land is the jurisdiction where it's likely to be fruitful.
