Opinions on Morris Invest

I’m wanting to do a deal through Morris Invest.

Have any of you tried using there turnkey platform? If you have what are your thoughts/opinion on it? What does your return on investment look like?

Jessica,  you dodged a bullet.   Morris concepts are all fantasy .. real estate in no way works the way he describes it.

the only one it works for is him.. 

suggest you look at other reputable turnkey operators.. 

by last count there were well over 200 investors that have bought his properties and have lost if not all their investment a good majority of it.. its well documented in the lawsuits filed against him.. and by folks sharing their experiences and their financial misfortunes right here on BP..
