I am debating whether to go back and pull them all off.I am checking with code reviewers to get some clarity on these USB piggy back outlets if they are classified as "OTHER outlets".Lesson learned to check code BEFORE or LATER.Of course you can also do this without a screw driver.

C-470 can get busy, but nothing like I-25.My sister drives from NW Denver down to south Denver for work and refers to I-25 as "angry-driver highway"...Traffic aside, I can pretty much guarantee that after one sunny winter out here your regret over leaving Milwaukee will fade.

Sharia LawOnce you find what countries have British common law then you can drill down on the specifics of ownership and if there are any quirky restrictions, but for the most part, British Common law jurisdictions allow fee simple title and little restriction on foreign ownership.The next step of course is determining if those jurisdictions have the specific growth drivers that coincide with your investment philosophy.

They are generally around $150-$250 per year (depending on if you have youthful drivers, how many vehicles, homes, etc.) and although it's probable that you'll never use it, it's well worth the investment if it's ever needed.If you already have a personal umbrella, and you do purchase a property in your own name, be sure that your agent adds the rental property to the umbrella policy so coverage is extended to that risk.

The asking price was $63,200 we thought we would seek to get it in the mid to low 50,s so we made the offer at 48,000 and they took it immediately, which made my wife mad because we should have asked less.

Would have increase my monthly cash flow by $500 per month.But after I took the family to go see the house before I put in the earnest money, my wife told me she did not want the house because it was 200 sf smaller, had a smaller yard and was far from our church.It first I was mad, since I had shown her all the details before I submitted my bids, but at the end of the day If the family was not 100% on board, I was not going to move forward with it.Now I must regroup and come up with a new strategy for my next transaction.Cheers Luis
