After a while, the strategy stopped working for me (appraisals weren't good enough, and the cost of REO's in Indy went up) so I moved to new property buy and holds.If your desktop/driveby appraisals show that you can refi to an LTV nearing 100%, then go that route.

If multiple QB accounts: My understanding is that on the Quickbooks Desktop version you can have multiple accounts, but on the QB Online you can only have one account?
