@Naji Ray - Getting payment out of tenants who were evicted is a time consuming and often fruitless effort.

The area was pretty quiet and we were hoping to owner-occupy but wasn't sure if the property is safe in this area.I was just wondering though - how much is the cap rate in Ray Town and is the rent to price ratio reasonable in Raytown, if you don't mind sharing?

It was a chiropractor office on the lower level with an apartment upstairs that still has the x-ray machine/equipment and patient x-ray films.

@Sean Ray I would agree DFW is closer to a peak than a trough.

@Ray A Delfi We used to pay for everyone's basic cable through a bulk Comcast account, but just got rid of it.
