We have spent the last year reading and learning as much as we can about the business and we would like to get our feet wet.

Can you get a hourly wage job in an office just to get yourfeet wet?

I guess we just want to get our feet wet - but I don't want to be stupid about it.

I'm not trying to wet down your parade, but many times land is alot harder to finance.

i live in person county just north of durham. as far as what field... i havent even gotten my feet wet yet. i see all these little boxes sitting around with all the book/catalogs in them. such as the real estate book and homes and land. i get a new one every month. i am looking into the feild. im college i did take a small business class. but my major was unrelated to real estate. so i guess i am looking to start at the ground and work up.

Basicly what is the best route to take with very little money to get me feet wet.
