If I am not working on a home I will be doing one of my other many hobbies that cost me a lot of money like working on my Hotrod, a long block engine for it is 25,000, a transmission 12,000 etc.I had zero vacancy during the time this home was rented because it's the nicest home in the neighborhood at the same rental price as the rest of the homes.It took me one month to gut and rehab it costing me 429.00 dollars on the note with taxes and ins.

I had done all the work myself - had rebuilt the engine, transmission, brakes, electrical - I had installed a new leather interior, stripped the car to bare metal and primed it with epoxy primer, and sent it to the paint shop.

Notice to all newbies like myself, Answering the phone all the time is work, it isn't easy and some people are really rude about receiving a letter, which I find odd.However I think I'm doing ok at phone screening, it's becoming natural and fluid to get through the rapport building and questions.I keep getting hung up on one question that many callers are asking, "How did you get my name and address?"
