I'm not a whole seller so hopefully one of them will tell you what method works best for mailing but i would think, hand written on a color other than white to stand out would be the way to go.

Letting the selling side know that you can close in 2-5 days because you are closing HARD with cash makes you stand out among the rest of the investors that has a lot of RED TAPE on the contract.Hope this helps
