Calculating Vacancy Loss for a Vacation Rental
Hello!
I’m in the middle of analyzing a couple of deals, specifically for vacation rentals. When I’m looking at the cash flow statement, should I calculate vacancy loss for a vacation rental the same way I would for a conventional rental? I don’t imagine it would be the same. What has worked for you?
Thanks,
Collin Russell
