I'm trying to look for a course on how to better understand valuations and also tax liens in different states, so as to form better & tax efficient structures under which to invest in different states. 

I also know Arizona is fairly investor 'friendly' and has fairly low property taxes.Interested in purchasing small multifamily properties (2-8 units) depending on the property and numbers of course.

I never took a course and just figured it out as I went.

Totally disregard anything told to you by anyone wanting to sell you a course, mentorship, workshop, system, etc.
