Tomorrow morning kicks off the first fully online convention, called Note Camp, put on by @Scott Carson He's got over 30 guest speakers who are pros in their specialty.  

I will begin my year as President fir god state if Florida for the National Association of Residential Property Managers at the end of this year, and am beginning to look for speakers that are the best in SFR!

This month we had a great speaker on copy writing.

He was one of the main speakers. 

When the guest speaker is done, the meeting turns into a meet and greet session which can be a bit intimidating if you are introverted at all.

However, it is a big red flag that someone may not be a native English speaker and the person really behind the website may be from outside the U.S.Second, always read their "About Us" page. 

I run a REIA. so I am lucky to have many investors and recently had a national notes speaker.
