I was expecting to find houses/owners in some distress but most of the callers I had (out of state absentee owners with high equity) their homes were in top notch condition and none were really in a need or hurry to sell.

My outgoing message is clear that if the caller would like a call back, they should leave a message with their name, number, and reason for calling.

Use Google voice to communicate/track callers who are returning calls that have been made3.

They say that they will set up a VA, callers, systems and get your business ready to grow.

We have used cold callers with lists we bought from list sellers, but most people seem done with all the calls they receive.
