I have had the benefit and pleasure of meeting many multi-millionaires and all of them created their,wealth buying and holding real estate.  

The branch closest to our house had a branch manager that was a real pleasure.

I am in a similar situation and looking to pursue REI as a full time career and transition from my current career/day job.I love to go to Vegas, although for pleasure, next time I am up there we may have to catch up and talk shop.All the best to you in your pursuit and I will be keeping my eye out for your progress.CheersEric Hettena

You can still get a low interest rate loan if you buy a place that will give you pleasure instead of pain.You only pay taxes on the gain, and with the costs of buying and selling, you probably won't have any unless you got a good deal.

After going through all of those costs your reward is the pleasure of placing a new tenant who also isn't going to pay attention to that rule & worse, this tenant may not even pay their rent!
