Hello all,

I just wanted to introduce myself. I have been a long time visitor to the website, but decided to join now.

I am an experienced investor. I have been doing RE full-time for last 3+ years.

I am a conservative with my approach where I am looking to purchase several rental properties, but my strategy is to purchase them all free and clear without any loan.

I just wanted to say hi and network with other like minded people.
