I'm a dedicated, hard worker and team player and would love to join a team where I could learn and be able to grow.

A good realtor who works as a team player rather than being more motivated to earn commission by closing many deals quickly and ignoring the type of deal does not help investors.  

For my business, I like both the Chase Ink and American Express Business Blue.

Hard to beat the Chase Sapphire or Chase Ink cards for your business.  2/3 of the Chase Ink cards don't have an annual fee. 

I get that... and you can chase both concurrently.Just keep in mind that people die posturing their wealth.

I personally like the Chase Ink series of cards as I use Chase for my personal cards as well. 

I get the feeling that a lot of folks are advocating being over leveraged and taking on an ungodly level of debt in order to chase what amounts to a mere $100-200 a month in cash flow for each rental property in their portfolio.

The risk is too high to chase high cash on cash returns. 

In my opinion, it almost felt like we had to chase and coax ABC Baltimore to get the money owed to us from the rental guarantee.
