It's easy to chase the shiny carrot and find new people but don't neglect your database and SOI(sphere of influence).

I come from a work background that has a definition for duplex, which is not a multiple dwelling; as well as terminology for multiple dwellings that is different than the xy-plex nomenclature used on BP, And in the REI sphere.

What I currently do is I keep in touch with my sphere and continuing to network at investor meetups.

I've been working as an agent for about a year, and while I've done a few deals with people in my sphere and gotten some referrals, I'd like to be doing more.
