Doing 98% of the work is not the ideal thing for a RE investor, your time should be spent generating relationships, getting deals, finding more money, and managing the contractors, not hitting every nail in the house yourself.Now I will admit I am one that would swing a hammer around and do some of the actual work, but that has reduced down to a very small amount these days, I did more of that when I started rehabbing just because I wanted a full understanding via experience, what it takes to get things done and since I wanted to be there every second duing the first few rehabs, I figured I should work rather than stand around watching the workers like a prison guard.
