Just ventured into our first investment (no previous experience) and though we are a little nervous, this is a great market so we are hoping to sell what we bought soon. 

I'm getting closer to my Deal #1 seems like (closer than I've ever been)...and I'm getting a bit nervous thinking about monthly payments I'll owe to the lender. 

It's scary and makes me nervous, but what can you do besides learn, do your research, and ask questions along the way.Rich

There are also a lot of small things here and there.The seller has agreed to fix a lot of things, but is doing himself so there will be no proper or licensed documentation which makes me nervous.

The 12K-14K makes me nervous.
