Upgrading to a pro membership and posting in the marketplace and getting leads that way will be much more worth your time than wasting your money on bandit signs.

Like most other states, your membership dues to local, state and national associations get you the MLS access.

I love the atmosphere around this place and I'm happy that I decided to join after watching last nights webinar and going straight for the pro membership to get myself going.

I have heard good things about Apartment Association of Southeastern Wisconsin (www.aasew.org) It is paid membership but the benefits look to be worth the membership fee.
