IMO, rent increases are viewed as harassment and easily irritate good tenants.

(investor sentiment, news from China, peace talks, etc etc.. and 30 minutes later when stocks are down, stocks down on the news of xxx” (the same news.) but they aren’t as irritating as the after close articles that speak like they knew the market would be up or down.
