The market value displays as 65K but does not reflect a recent additional structure that is worth around 20K alone so I figure if I had if appraised it would be around 80ish.I appreciate your thoughts and input...

Appraisal - make sure that the 5th unit does not display as a unit.

Liquor store, fire works,  Contractor building, etc. 

Why buy a $200 electric heater when there is a $40 one displayed right next to it? 

I first saw this in Louisiana at the start of the year but now seems like Texas is doing it, however, Oklahoma and Arkansas still display the final price.
