My suggestion is to get prequalified with a lender, and use realtors like @Joe Funari or @Sherry Patterson who have a good finger on the Fort Worth area pulse about rental properties.

I'm really not sure what options the seller has to push anything through faster.I'm interested to see how this works out for you, I'll keep my fingers crossed for you.

Given those finger prints do not assume that selling price is what you might get, take at least 20% off that last sale to be safe.   

I am making a bid on an auction property today so who knows, we might have our second property by the time we meet, fingers crossed! 

There’s a particular property I may be interested in, the issue is I don’t have the funds for it if at all I was to win the bidding war (hoping there will be none finger crossed 😬).

I've just moved some IRA money to do this...we're crossing fingers and hoping it all works out, as we've just penned first buy, but I too wanted some of our savings and future not to be trapped in stock market.

I'm currently in contact with Penfed so keeping finger crossed.
