The kinds of living arrangements that can tolerate two bedrooms (roommates, unmarried couples, single-child families) are often inherently delicate.

A mini split in bedroom 1 will not condition bedroom 2.While changing filters in HVAC units is important for all types of HVAC, mini splits are especially “delicate” about the need to change filters regularly.

I have a feeling that demographic would just feel more comfortable dealing with a "licensed professional" especially in such a delicate situation.

@Chingju Hu what you should really find out is if you need an LLC or not.

I'm certainly not a newbie, but open to ideas on how to handle a delicate/finesse part of the business.I've had mild success in finding contractors who fulfill the three descriptors above.
