3 day notice with cash-for-keys option?

So I might be issuing my first formal 3 day notice tomorrow.  But the guy that it is to worked in an attorney's office doing evictions for a long time- so I am a little intimidated.  I don't have a problem just paying and letting the lawyer deal with it and whatever- BUT I don't really even want him to pay.  I'd like him gone.  Every month it is a hassle to get the rent.  Can I provide a "please just move out right away and don't **** up the house" bribe along with the 3 day?  (I will ask the lawyer also- so don't worry that I am going to take your replies as actionable legal advice)
