Later in the thread you complain that the markets aren't even comprised of the same goods (read: constituent companies), and it would be like your comparing "House A to House B."

We tried: 3 different types of enzyme cleaners that had good reviews, water and vinegar, soap, essential oils, lots of scrubbing, cleaned our air ducts, and most recently an odor sealer on the floor that dries clear.

Purchase price: $1,950,000 22 units comprised of 9 2/1 Duplexes and 1 1/1 Fourplex on 4.7 acre culdesac.

All three units are comprised of 2 bedrooms and 1 bath, and each apartment has approximately 1100 square feet of living space.  

If they don't have any "bad deals" that's not necessarily a good thing.Who comprises their team and what systems do they have in place?

I recommend some soap-on-a-rope.
