Before I found that duplex I was actually browsing around for a house for myself, I suppose I can live in a duplex for a year thought.

It is still part of their advertising as of today.I personally think the Wink 2 was an excellent hub with a good interface.

Dallas is another area that I am interested in taking a dive into and I did briefly browse their site and may reach out to see if I could get an intro call going.

Phone interface screw up.

MLS is best but Redfin's interface is pretty good if you go the free route. 

California adds a wrinkle as it is a community property state.Your tax advisor should be advising you regarding the tax ramifications of potential actions and interfacing with your attorney, and your wife's independent counsel should be doing the same for her.Even something as simple as filing status (MFJ vs MFS) has ramifications that extend beyond the finalization of the divorce...Best of luck.
