I did have the resources, I just needed to have the know-how-to.I finally did pull the trigger in 04 and used partners and private money to fund my deals.Background - Worked at UPS as a teen ager, started my printing business at 19, got a branch II pest control license and worked with a childhood friend in that biz for 2 years, still do some printing on the side, and now operate a full time RE investing biz where I buy and hold, buy/rehab/flip, spec build, land develo, educate, and more.The reason I ask is that you have a way of responding to my posts which I find very "interesting" to say the least.
