Yes you should start building some sort of team or start networking to find someone that you can bounce questions off of and that can point you in the right direction when it comes to other investors, lenders and yes contractors and pm's.

My cleaner bailed last minute, but between meetings I found a replacement through properly and had the place clean before the 3 pm check in.I’ve been booked 80%+ of the time since covid lockdown started which is the same as pre covid for me - Airbnb’s are cleaner than hotels and bounced back quicker than hotels in some areas. 

Worst case is he gets orders in hand and he bounces with no repercussions.
