Anyone have any luck cold call or emailing people with rentals listed on Craigslist and seeing if they are wanting to sell?

I use a mixture of rentometer, Zillow and cold calling "for rent" signs for rent comps.

So I was cold calling CL ads today to network with cash buyers.
