New Realtor Cold Calling - Accountability Partners

Hi.

I'm a new Realtor. I want to start making a certain number of cold dials, and cold contacts in my work day. I make about 1-5 contacts a day and I really, really want to bump those numbers up by making specific goals everyday. I think this is the right place to make and keeps my goals updated, and to have feedback and  constant accountability.

My goals starting tomorrow:

Make 10 contacts (approximately 40 dials).

Try to set up at least 1 listing appointment (I'm only dialing to sellers).

Try out new real estate lead source, cold calling cold prospects (I'm only dialing expired's, cancels, and withdrawn's for the time being).

Please keep me accountable, BiggerPockets!
