A plumber cut the drywall and detected the water leak coming from copper pipes that's connected to the bathtub in the bathroom upstairs.

They don't have to clean appliances or scrub bathtubs.

I've got a 3/2 rental which is about 20 years old, where each bathtub has a crack (see above) on the base of the tub.

@Shahar Joseph we had a contractor reglaze a 1950s bathtub and wall tile. After doing it, I would recommend only doing the tub and avoid doing the wall tile as didn’t look like it would hold up long-term

The only thing left was removing the bath tub.

If there's a clogged bathtub, do you want them calling you to discuss strategy?
