Afternoon BP Family, I was looking at getting back into wholesaling, and I came across two sites and was wondering which one I should use. If anyone has experience using either I would love some feedback.

I like Batch skip tracing for skip tracing, i would just used propstream for list pulling/creastion

@Michael McKay The college student housing department has recommended SimpleBills, so that is what I am planning on using with my next batch of students (who are signing leases/doing deposits/etc. right now).

As far as comps, even in non disclosure states like Texas, Propstream gives an estimate of what they think homes sold for in the area (I'm assuming Privvy and Batch may, too). 

I have heard of batch, tlo and yellow letter hq.

Any advice on VAs or finding one or am I better off doing it myself on prop stream or batch leads?
